 General Description:
When fuel combust in boiler, there will be adhered soot on the heating surface of boiler and smoke flue, which bring low heat efficiency, increase energy consumption and shorten use lift, even affect the normal operation of boiler.
Application:
They are used in all kinds of ship waterpipe, firepipe boiler and warship-used auxiliary boiler, and various industrial and life boilers. They are particularly effective to boilers which use coal as fuel.
Usage:
AX-102 deashing agent(rod-type or plastic bag) can be directly placed into boiler which has been heated for a while. After placing deashing agent, boiler should combust more intense to obtain excellent effect by fully contacting between chemical gas and the heating surface.
The Use Level:
1. Adding two times every day under normal condition(no accumulated soot in boiler and the evaporating capacity is lower than 10tons/hr). AX-102: fuel=2-2.5:10000. If the evaporating capacity is higher than 10tons/hr, adding two to three times every day.
2. The beginning use level is two to three times of normal use level. Appropriately adding use level if there are series soot. The sustainable time of the beginning adding is about 15-30 days, or accounting according to the following table.
3. For small-sized boiler, adding AX-102 every two to three days after it has been removed accumulated ash.
