The products are listed as nationwide important generalized project by Nation Science Committee, have formed four series including AX-206A, B, C and D, not only meet the high-temperature cleaning requirement of heavy oil, but also meet the normal-temperature or low-temperature cleaning requirement of middle and light oil. They are of strong deoiling power, applicable for cleaning all kinds of metal parts.
 AX-206:
A-type cleaning agent are applicable for high-temperature, with plentiful foam. Diluting cleaning agent to solution whose concentration is 1-3% with the heat water whose temperature is 40-80 , soaking parts for 12-15 minutes in the solution, then rinsingn with heat water, finally dewater with dehydrated oil. The cleaning speed and efficiency will be better if utilizing mechanical force.
AX-206:
B-type cleaning agent are applicable for low-temperature and normal-temperature, with low foam. Diluting cleaning agent to aqueous solution whose concentration is 1-3%, mainly used to sprinkle equipment.
AX-206:
C-type cleaning agent are applicable for normal-temperature. Diluting cleaning agent to aqueous solution whose concentration is 1-3% with the heat water whose temperature is 20-25, then soaking and cleaning for 10-15 minutes. The cleaning efficiency will be better if utilizing mechanical force.
AX-206:
D-type cleaning agent are applicable for cleaning oil-sludge, can be used as decarbonizing promoter. Diluting cleaning agent to aqueous solution whose concentration is 3-5% with the heat water whose temperature is 20-60, then soaking and cleaning for 10-15 minutes. Brushing the oil-sludge on the surface of parts with cleaning agent, then rinsing with heat water, finally dewater with dehydrated oil.
