AX-101 boiler decoking and deslagging agent is a new type energysaving product, mainly used to remove coking and slag caused by being heated of boiler, reduce thermal resistance, improve heat efficiency, reduce energy consumption, slow down corrosion, lengthen use time, save manual labor, reduce environmental pollution. The heat efficiency can be improved 2-5% and coal saving ratio up to above 4-10%.


Function and Features:
    (1)to neutralize sulfuric acid or sulfurous acid produced during combustion of coal or oil containing sulfur, to make them form slag at low temperature and make them loose and easy to self-fall-off, reduce the corrosion to heating surface of boiler.

    (2) to make high-temperature dry slag take place chemical reaction, reduce melting point and make them easy to be removed, part dusts can be vented together with fume.
    
    (3) to reduce the adhesion between coking, slag and firebrick, not to damage firebrick when removing coking, slag or the self-fall-off, thus improving their use rate.

    (4) to form a thin layer of anticorrosive film on the surface of gabrous metal pipe wall after removing coking and slag, which make boiler not to be corroded by sulfuric acid or sulfurous acid, lengthen the use time of boiler.

    (5) containing catalytic combustion promotor in deslagging agent, to prompt the full combustion of fuel and improve the use rate of fuel.

    (6) to make the ash deposit existed in coalsaving machine and air preheater loose, easy to be vented by draught fan and decrease the deashing frequency.

Usage and Use Level:
    It is the best if using sprayer, spraying into the high-temperature position of furnace from sight hole using compressed air(2kg/cm²). Throwing deslagging agent after placing them into the coal thrower when using coal thrower furnace, and placing them into powder coal distributor when using powder coal furnace. Adding them into the furnace twice or three time one day.

    The usual use level of deslagging agent is about 0.02% of fuel. When the coking and slag are serious, the use level can be increased to 0.04%, and when the condition become good, the use level can be decreased to below 0.02%.

    The referenced use level of deslagging agent for all kinds of boilers show as follows:
    1-4tons furnace: 1kg/shift; 4-8tons furnace: 2kg/shift; 10-12tons furnace: 3kg/shift; 20tons furnace: 6kg/shift;30tons furnace: 8kg/shift; 35tons furnace: 10kg/shift; 65tons furnace: 20kg/shift;130tons furnace: 40kg/shift;410tons furnace: 100kg/shift
Note:
    (1) the use level of deslagging agent is twice or three times of the above data in the beginning 30 days(if slags have formed in the furnace);
    (2) "shift" means eight hours.
